I would like to confirm Dr Shachi Mishra was absolutely amazing with my care. She was very patient with me, calming, assuring, and explained everything to me clearly and precisely. I would recommend this Dr to anyone needing her skills. She listened to me and answered any questions or queries I had, I did not feel just a number to get through. I would also like to recommend her team who were also very caring and professional but with a lot of patience and care. I felt like a private patient.

Dr Mishra is a very caring doctor. There was an issue with a clinical letter that I had received, and Dr Mishra called me into clinic after my procedure to apologise for the misunderstanding and to explain exactly what the scan results had identified. She then followed this up with a telephone call today, after chasing for my results, to tell me that my results are clear as she didn't want me to have to wait for them. Yes, I would recommend Dr Mishra to other patients.
